Meme Bot Publisher ("the App") is a personal automation tool operated by an individual developer for publishing content to their own TikTok account.
Through TikTok's official API, the App accesses only the data required to publish videos to the owner's TikTok account and to check basic posting permissions (such as allowed privacy levels). The App does not collect data from any other TikTok users.
Access tokens issued by TikTok are stored securely on the developer's own server and are used only to authenticate API requests made by the App. Video files processed by the App belong to the developer and are not shared with third parties.
The App does not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is only exchanged directly with TikTok's official API to publish content.
The developer can revoke the App's access at any time from TikTok account settings, which immediately invalidates all stored tokens.
